We came to dongo second week in November to find everything closes beginning of November until Christmas. We were disappointed to discover this and very hungry! Fortunately this place was open! Great food, kind staff, and open in the off season!

Tagliatelle with venison ragù is an exceptional dish: flavors of the green mountain meadows, smell of the forest, intense color of the clod wet with dew; the tagliatelle drowned in ragù give the yellow tone of the alpine daisy. The Valtellinese bresaola dish has a rosy tulip colour, acidulated by Sicilian lemon, covered with light wild mountain rocket leaves. The schiat flavored with buckwheat flour with a soft casera rounded off the flavors that only Valtellina gives....a good banquet.

We were made welcome and the food, staff and locals were great. What a good recommendation from our host. Well worth looking for if you are nearby. Food was soooooo good!

Due to its location, this ristorante is not a tourist trap and is instead frequented by the local population. Nevertheless, the menu is multilingual. The service is friendly and quick. The food is okay: quite varied, but unfortunately the meat was a bit fatty. The restaurant has a real toilet, which is not something you would expect everywhere in Italy. The prices are fair.
